The company was established by Mr. Sany Esmail and Eng. Yehia Kadry in 1946 under the name (Sany Esmail and Eng. Yehia Kadry constructions), it was publicized in 1964 and named (El Mahmoudia Public Constructions Company).

In 1991 the company became a subsidiary of the National Construction Company, public business sector.

In 1998 it was privatized to become an Egyptian Private Sector under the law no. 159 for the year 1981.

In 2010 the capital was raised to 314 million pounds and the Egyptian Awqaf Authority owned 94.8 percent of the company’s shares.

The company delivers general and specialized constructions, real estate investments, agricultural and industrial development projects, developing urban areas, running touristic, real estate, service and BOT projects, in conjugation with the government, in addition to public and goods transportation, security services, software manufacturing, energy transmission, and pre-occupied facilities, and construction-supporting manufacturer.

The company owns a number of development plans to make use of new prospects given to its recent shareholder.

1.Carpentry workshop

Activity

A carpentry workshop manufactures doors, windows and windows balconies for all the company's operations, the workshop manufactures administrative offices, partitions which used inside the room's décor and cladding work.

Future Vision

We're looking for adding new works to the carpentry workshop as all kinds of furniture, kitchen's works and floor's works using mousky and nails of pergolas through the redevelopment of manufacturing machines.

2. Créteil workshop

Activity

The workshop manufactures all supplies for architecture, such as protection windows and doors of the buildings entrances as well as handrail of stairs, balconies and public and private gardens.

Future Vision

We're looking for adding the formation of iron for buildings and sent to the sites, which helps to reduce spoilage and exploited in any other business.

3.Aluminum Workshop

Activity

The workshop manufactures all supplies for architecture, such as protection windows and doors of the buildings entrances as well as handrail of stairs, balconies and public and private gardens.

As we are a part of the Egyptian Ministry of Religious Endowments, Our Company aim to meet the needs of our clients and owners of dwelling units by providing them with finishing and decoration department.This Department has been activated on 1/11/2012, consisting of a specialized group of highly experienced architects and interior designers to create a comprehensive organization and its role starting from the architectural design modifications, distribution of furniture elements, electrical and plumbing fixtures, design of ceiling works, walls and floors. We provide options for custom designs for furniture pieces in order to meet all client needs.All these works are overseeing and implemented by a team of specialists in all fields which include architectural works, painting, furniture production, interior design, curtains and accessories.All that to reach the satisfaction of the client by seeing his private dwellings created of high taste and the latest materials and design.
